Blake Mobley spent time in the CIA where he studied how to recruit informants who would be willing to help the US. He learned how to ask questions that would reveal the true nature and intent of his contacts and he's now applying those skills to the corporate workplace, teaching companies to get better at asking questions of their employment candidates to find the right fit and the right motivation.
